Holistic Massage
“Holistic” means whole, holistic massage is a therapeutic massage which is a hands-on therapy that affects the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels of the body.

- By stimulating key energy shareras, this holistic massage therapy releases the stress that has built up in the tissues, muscles and joints of your head, face, neck, and shoulders. Deeply calming and relaxing. This treatment is carried out in a sitting position good for releasing stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraines and sinusitis.

Reflexology
Reflexology has an all over body effect, by pressing specific areas of the associated organs, bones, joints or tissues they will be brought back into balance. It can be helpful in restoring good sleeping patterns and helps to relieve stress. Pressure can be firm or gentle and may be varied throughout the treatment.
Whilst being a very relaxing treatment, a rapid energising response is also often experienced. Although this treatment cannot be used to diagnose or cure underling health conditions, many clients find it can be of benefit for a variety of concerns such as anxiety, asthma, cardiovascular issues, diabetes, headaches, migraines, kidney functions, PMS and sinusitis. Further problems it can help with are back problems, depression, ear nose and throat problems, IBS and menopausal problems. It’s particularly good for removing the effects of stress – one of the biggest cause of illness and disease today.

Clients who should avoid Reflexology
- People with foot fractures, unhealed wounds or active gout in the foot
- People with osteoarthritis that impacts the foot or ankle or vascular disease of the legs or feet should consult with a doctor before beginning treatment
- Those with recent fractures/breaks/operations should wait 4-6 months before beginning treatment
- Those in the first trimester of pregnancy
- Those with fungal, viral & bacterial infections
