Gift Cards


With our electronic Gift Cards you can treat someone special or they can treat you! Select any amount you wish and you have lots of different designs to choose from.

You also choose the date you would like the gift card to be sent to the person by selecting a specific delivery date and they will then be emailed their E-Gift Card on, for example, their birthday, anniversary, baby shower, wedding, promotion, graduation, retirement, leaving gift or just to cheer someone up etc. etc. along with the personalised message.

How do they work?

Pop onto the gift card tab on our online booking system and then just:

  • Select your design and enter the amount
  • Enter the person’s name along with their email address for the ‘Recipient’
  • Make sure you put your own name in the ‘From’ section
  • You can then personalise with any message you like
  • Finally choose a delivery date you would like your special person to receive their TBLT Gift Card!

You will then receive an email receipt and the person you have bought the Gift Card for will receive an email with it and their Gift Card Code on the date you chose. Your recipient can use their Gift Card by booking online through the link in their email or entering the code to the Promo code / Gift Card box – Instructions are provided to them in the email they receive. As the salon gets very busy we recommend appointments are booked as soon as possible after purchase/receiving.

How do I print a copy of the Gift Card to give to the person I am buying for?

Once you have purchased the Gift Card you can print the completion page. If you have any problems we can send you a copy of the email that will be sent to the recipient.

What time will the email be sent to the person I am buying the Gift Card for?

If you select now it will be sent straight away, if you select a delivery date it will be sent at 9am on this day. Make sure the recipient checks their ‘junk’ or ‘other’ inbox. Tip: If you want to keep it a surprise you could print for their card and choose the delivery date for the day after the special occasion/when you plan to give the gift in person.

How do I use my Gift Card?

You can book your chosen treatment straight away with the link in the Gift Card email. If you are an existing client you will be prompted to login to your account. If you are a new client you will need to enter your details to set up an account. Alternatively you can just access the online booking system and enter the code in the Promo code / Gift Card box. You can also claim your Gift Card so that it is added to your account – again you will need to enter your details to create one if you are a new client. Gift Cards are not added automatically for clients due to data protection. Once added to your account you can login at any time, select your gift card and choose to make a booking with this. If you book in salon please make sure to tell us you wish to use your Gift Card so we can add this to your appointment – you must have the code with you or have already claimed the Gift Card meaning it has been added to your account.

Why does it ask for my card details when I am using a Gift Card?

If the Gift Card balance is less than 30% of the total appointment cost you will still need to pay the remainder of the deposit required. If the Gift Card covers the total appointment cost your card will not be charged in the event of a late cancellation/no show however as per the Ts & Cs the use will be lost.
