This service is known as lash enhancement or invisible eyeliner

It involves tattooing an ultra-thin black line along the lash line to create the illusion of fuller, darker lashes—much like tight lining does—for a denser lash line and natural, eye-opening effect. lash enhancements just fill in the space between the lashes giving the impression of a thicker row of lashes. It will not show as an eyeliner as such but will add intensity and definition. This treatment is appropriate for clients who don’t want a thick or noticeable eyeliner every day.

Lashline enhancement can be applied to either or both your upper and lower lash line. Very subtle and ultra pretty.

What does it feel like?

First, we apply a strong numbing cream to the treatment area to alleviate discomfort. Many clients describe the sensation as a “tickle” on the lash line. Your eyes will be closed and the practitioner will gently smooth your lids to ensure a perfect line during the treatment.

How long does a lash enhancement treatment take?

Plan to set aside 90 minutes to two hours for your lash enhancement treatment (this includes time for the numbing cream to kick in). Every procedure is fully customised to produce the best results based on each client’s individual features and needs.

How is lash enhancement done?

The device used to deposit pigment is entirely different from the manual tool used for microblading. The Intelligent machine delicately applies pigment to the skin for natural-looking results.

Who is it for?

Lash enhancement can be a great solution for anyone who wants thicker, darker, healthier-looking lashes, including people with naturally sparse lashes or medical conditions that cause their lashes to fall out (e.g. alopecia). Those with Blepharitis and glaucoma will not be good candidates. You’ll also want to hold off if you’ve recently had eye surgery or plan to have surgery in the near future.

What should I bring (or not bring) to my appointment?

Avoid using mascara on the day of your treatment and remove any lash extensions 2 weeks before also stop using lash growth serums 2 weeks prior. Also please opt for glasses if you wear contacts.

What can I expect afterward?

You’ll likely have some swelling for up to a few days after your lash enhancement treatment. You can apply cold water packs to your eyelids to help reduce swelling a few times a day for 5-10 minutes. The first week, it’s important to keep the area super clean and dry and to avoid wearing eye makeup.

How will the results look?

Similar to microblading, the liner colour will typically appear much darker for the first 10 days. A touch-up is recommended four to six weeks after your initial appointment to ensure the pigment is evenly applied for beautiful, long-lasting results.
